SHIPPING POLICY

We currently ship to customers in the United States and Canada.
 

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • During high-volume periods, processing times may be delayed. We appreciate your patience.
     

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery times:

  * United States: 3 –10 business days
  * Canada: 5 –15 business days

  •  Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays or weather conditions.

3. Shipping Carriers

We partner with major carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and Canada Post to deliver your orders in a timely manner.

4. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become available.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  •  We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

  • Hazardous materials or oversized items may be subject to additional restrictions or fees.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders that violate our shipping policy.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (Canada)

Antive Tools is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be imposed by the Canadian government. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid upon delivery. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
 

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info[at]antivetools.com within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and offer a resolution as appropriate.
 

8. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. We are not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
