1. Eligibility for Refunds
- You must request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt) is required for all refund requests.
- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or accidents are not eligible for a refund.

- Custom or personalized products
3. Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact our customer service at info[at]antivetools.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions. Please do not send items back without prior authorization.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, contact us at info[at]antivetools.com.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- First check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
